Bayer Carprobay® (carprofen) is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID) used for general analgesia and reducing chronic inflammation in dogs.

  • Auxiliary analgesic in the treatment of pain.

  • Tablet form for easy oral administration.

  • Circular tablets are perforated making them easy to divide.

Carprobay

Dose - Special Instructions


Initial Dose:

An initial recommended dose of 2 to 4 mg of carprofen per each kg of dog's weight as a single dose or divide it into 2 equal doses.

Maintenance Dose:

After the initial dose and subject to clinical response, the dose may be reduced to 2 mg carprofen per kg of dog’s weight a day administered as a single daily maintenance dose.

*The length of treatment depends on the response observed.

*Prolonged treatment should be under regular veterinary supervision.

Ingredients:

Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID) for dogs

CARPROBAY® 20 mg - 20 mg of carprofen, excipient c.s.p. 150 mg

CARPROBAY® 50 mg contains 50 mg of carprofen, excipient c.s.p. 150 mg
