How We Ship
PetPlaza ships nationwide across the Dominican Republic via Vimenpaq, with over 150 pickup locations across all 32 provinces.
For customers in Santo Domingo, we also offer local delivery – minimum delivery fee 200.00 DOP.
How It Works
We operate on a made-to-order model. Once your payment is confirmed, we source your items and prepare your shipment.
Typical timeline:
- Payment confirmed → order sourced and packed: 1–3 business days
- Handed to Vimenpaq → available at your chosen pickup location: 24–48 business hours

Santo Domingo Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for Santo Domingo customers. Minimum delivery fee: RD$200. Final cost quoted based on your zone and order weight.
How Shipping Is Quoted
Shipping cost is confirmed after your order is placed. We will send you the shipping quote and collect payment before dispatching your order.
Pickup Locations
Vimenpaq has pickup locations across all Dominican provinces. When your order is ready, we will confirm your nearest Vimenpaq office and provide a tracking number.
