When you place an order, PETPLAZA.COM.DO will send you an email acknowledging your order. Your order represents an offer to purchase a product that is accepted by us when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. The contract between us is made only at the time we send the dispatch confirmation.

10. Price, Payment and Availability
The price of products shown on our website include ITBIS (16%) and do not include shipping. Despite our efforts, a small number of products may be labeled with an incorrect price. We verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures and will contact you if a correction is needed.
11. Delivery
PETPLAZA.COM.DO will use reasonable efforts to deliver products within fifteen (15) working days of receiving your order. If we cannot meet this, we will contact you by email with a revised delivery date.
12. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may notify us within 10 business days of receipt to return the product and receive a full refund (less shipping costs and a restocking fee). The product must be in its original packaging, unopened and in resalable condition.
If the product is delivered in poor condition or the return is the result of an error on our part, please contact us at info@petplaza.com.do and we will resend the product or issue a full refund.
