Ingredients
Cardomec® (Heartgard) Plus contains ivermectin and pyrantel pamoate.
*Ivermectin prevents heartworm disease by eliminating the tissue stage of heartworm larvae (Dirofilaria immitis) for a month after infection.
*Pyrantel pamoate in Cardomec® Plus provides treatment and control of roundworms (Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina) and toothed worms (Ancylostoma caninum, stenocephala hookworm, Ancylostoma braziliense)

Instructions / How to use
Remove one chewable tablet from the blister package. Keep unused tablets in the box to protect the product from light. Because most dogs find the chewable tablets mouthwatering they can be usually be hand fed to the dog. It can also be placed into a small amount of dog food. The tablet should be administered in such a way that encourages the dog to chew rather than swallow it without chewing. Chewable tablets can be broken into pieces and given to dogs that usually swallow tablets.
Cardomec® Plus Chewable tablets are to be administered orally each month according to the body weight of the dog.
Blue Box – for dogs up to 25 lbs / 11 kg.
Green Box – for dogs 26 to 50 lbs / 12 a 22 kg.
Brown Box – for dogs 51 to 100 lbs / 23 a 45 kg
For dogs over 45 kg give the proper combination to match their weight.
